by JoshHendo / November 16, 2004 1:43 PM PST

Hello. I have a friend who has a Sony CD Drive. The Os installesd is Windows 98 SE, Pentium 2 192 mb ram. When I put a RW Cd in the drive, it can not read the cd. When I put a non burnt cd in it could read it after a few tries. (there is currently no cd burning software installed). Can anyone help me with this? Happy

Have you tried a new CDRW drive or a lens cleaner?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
