XP never required a driver but I did use CDBURNERXP to record to CD-R with a 320 years ago.

I can see how consumers would be put off by Windows calling it some crx320ae or crx320e so it's a shame that sellers don't explain that is not an issue as well as the maker not correcting this or noting it does not matter. I can imagine consumers that will not accept this.
