Sony camera photos and videos recovery

Thank you for reading my question here! Sony camera has some problems and needs formatting process to fix. So, I have formatted this camera and found all camera photos and videos inside are lost meanwhile. So, I just think perhaps, without right ways, I also have chances to view my camera photos and videos again. Am I right? What way should I use to take my stuffs back? Please, help me... Thanks!

Yeah, there are many data recovery programs out there that can help you take lost photos and videos back.
There are also many threads and postings that have talked about similar data loss problems, like:
