i did format my USB to fat32 ..unzip the file and past the folder that got the update in the flash memory..insert it in the tv and nothing happened as far as i know the installing should start by it self..where it went wrong?

And there's why I said most can't do this.

The instructions ask folk to do more than put the update in the flash memory. Your posts do not write every step and if I take your words literally, it should not work. I am not going to write how since if I get one word wrong or you misread it, you have a dead set.

Follow the maker's instructions. And if you want me to check your work, supply the steps and I'll compare it to what I read.

srep 4 copy past the folder that i got feom the zip file the folder got the .bin file

There are typographical errors in that and then I see an 8GB memory stick. I carry an 1 or 2 GB stick for such work. ONLY THE MAKER can reveal if they support such a big stick for this step.

I can't see the directory of the memory stick so have the maker tell you exactly what you should have there.

if this is wrong....can you tell me the right way?!
i went back to the steps in the update info and this is exactly what they asked to do..unless there is something else to do that i dont know about it..if you know just tell me what the right steps

The maker must tell you this.

I think you copied the folder or file incorrectly. But the maker must correct this as if I get it wrong you would be upset with me.

CALL THEM.
