Sony Bravia KDL-32M4000 picture calibration help!

I bought this TV about a year ago i have had that settings it came when i took it out of the box, but know i seen alot of TV calibration in CNet,made me want to properly set my Tv if you cant help me please!
this is my model number: KDL-32M4000
