Question

Sony Battery issue

My Sony Xperia C4 was accidentally fallen down. When i took the phone it was off and i tried to on it. But it does not work so i plug it in to charge. Once i plug it in to the charger the phone was on. I disconnect it when it charged to 100%. But it does not work same as before and suddenly turned off and seems the battery is draining so quickly. What could be the reason for this. Sad

Sounds like the usual drop damage.
https://www.gsmarena.com/sony_xperia_c4-7227.php pegs the release date in mid 2015 so at 3 years old I'd hesitate to have it repaired. Ask for an estimate at one of those iCracked repair kiosks or cell phone repair shops. Count on them wanting to put in a new battery at the very least.
