SonicStage problem

by ny8851 / January 21, 2006 7:17 AM PST

Hi......I have the NW-HD5 player which I love, but SS 3.3 is drving me crazy.

Previously I used to be able to play any of the Atrac/WMA/MP3 tracks stored on my player when connected to my PC but after a recent reinstall of Windows on my PC I had to also reinstall SS 3.3 & now cannot play/access many of the tracks when the NW-HD5 is connected to my PC altho when using the player on it's own, those tracks play OK.

I've tried to solve the problem by reintsatlling SS 3.3 several times but no luck. The message I get when trying to access those files is ''Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks. The file may not be supported by sonic stage. (0000010d)''. All my tracks have been loaded with SS & aren't rights protected.

It's not a huge problem as I mostly use the player as a portable but it is a pain when trying to listen to tracks on the PC so as to be able edit them. Has anyone had similar problems & if so any solutions ?

Cheers.
