i uninstalled my record now 7 but i dont have the disk to reinstall it where can i get the disk for it

I wonder if you had it preinstalled and the vendor needs to be contacted but for most they'll have to pay up.

For now, look up CDBURNERXP which will do most what I use the CD/DVD recorder for and it's free.
