Something is wrong with Safari

For the last six months I am unable to download an EPS or JPEG file. Safari does not properly read it.

Tonight I switched to Firefox as my browser and I am able to download and read all files sent to me.

Bottom line: What is wrong with SAFARI!?
Need an update!?
I think I will be calling it SaFARTi from now on. Stinks!

Any clues out there?
