Do not let them use your Windows Account. This account is not the "Windows Live" account but the machine/computer Windows Account.
All this could have been avoided if you had created a new user account for them.

I have windows live mail for my emails. someone borrowed my computer and used their windows live ID sign in. when they were done they signed out but when i opened windows live mail to my inbox, my contacts were her contacts and my calender is her calender. HOW TO RETRIEVE MY DATA?
