Somebody please for the love of God, help me!

Would somebody please get this to the right person or tell me how I can do it before I go completely insane?

Download.com has become the most incredible hassle I've ever had to deal with in music submissions. I have been dealing with this website for 2 years now with terrible results. I've been confused about the
submission policy, asked for clarification and help and received nothing.

Months ago, I asked that my original account for Etherealvox be deleted so I could start over. Imagine my non-surprise when it was not and I had to downgrade my name to, "EtherealVox2" last night.

I want the EtherealVox account D E L E T E D. I want to be able to call myself, "EtherealVox" not "EtherealVox2".

When I receive an email stating that my account has been deleted, I, oddly, expect that to be the
case.

Please, either send me a personal note explaining what the Hell is going on or I give up. Your website would give my music alot more exposure but at this point, I am at the absolute end of my rope.

Either HELP me or let me know you can't and I'll stick to the other 150 sites I'm on.
