It might be that there is a driver conflict which affects
your Demon Drivers. If it comes with a CD, I would try re-installing, otherwise Device Manager, and 'roll back drivers' or search for drivers.
Wanted to report some oddities I?ve experienced on my computer of late. One: My keyboard (Demon wireless) suddenly switched its configuration, so that all the symbol keys were off. I switched it back in the language settings, but I was concerned that it did this on its own. Two: My hardware modem (BeWan ADSL) suddenly disappeared. I switched USB ports, my computer recognized it as new, I installed it, and since then it?s okay. Again, it?s the lack of ostensible explanation that worries me. Three: My mouse (also Demon wireless) has stopped working. The batteries are fully recharged, but there?s no indicator light when you take it from its cradle.
I?m running XP on an AMD Athlon 3000+. I run Spybot, Ad-Aware, WinPatrol, Ewido, Microsoft AntiSpyware, Stinger, and Norton Internet Security. None of those have found any problems, other than the occasional tracking cookie. Any ideas where the glitches are coming from? Thanks.
