Question

Some weird stuff on my gpu

Oct 31, 2018 4:04PM PDT

My computer has been constantly cutting out the image and then freezing, so I decided to check out the graphic cards inside (2 MSI GeForce GTX 970) and found fluid on the pci-express connector and a dried slight orange liquid on one of the memory chips on the back on the main graphics card.

Anyone know what's this is?

Especially those can looking electrolytic type of capacitors. You can google "bad capacitors" to find out more about it.

I inspected both the graphics card and my motherboard and couldn't see any blown capacitors.

Is there a way to upload an image on this forum?

one that may have "marked" it? You can upload images by links only, they need to be on an https image sharing site though to display.
