Some one help me evaluate this personal build!

Okay so would these be all the parts i need? (apart from mouse keyboard)
and are they compatible, is the price reasonable?

Case: Coolermaster Haf 932 full tower
Mobo: ASUS P6X58D Premium X58
RAM: Dominator GT 12 GB 1600
PSU: Coolermaster silent pro 1000W
CPU: i7 920 (going to overclock this with H50)
GPU: ATI 5970
HDD: Sumsung Spinpoint F3 1tb
Disc drive: Asus blu-ray + DVD RW
and a Internal card reader

add up around 2500$

My two cents

Looks like a great rig. Two questions, can you go with an Intel Core i7-860 instead? Better processor, should be the same price. Also, what are you doing with all that RAM? 12 GB feels like WAY over kill. I don't think the OS can even take advantage of that much RAM.
