Some of Simply file are opening in one PC but not in others

I am using the Simply accounting 2006 version. In this software some files are openings. For example a file abc is opening but cde is not and this cde file is opening in other computer and working good. like this some files are opening and some are not in one PC both they are opening in other computer, same program , same version, same pc configuration expect Processor ( one machine is P4 2.0 GHz another is P4 2.4 GHz) other parts are same like RAM (same in both pc , same company Ram 512 MB), Same mother boards etc.

What is the reason that some file are opening and some are not in same PC's but there files are opening in other PC . I have connected the Simply accounting program Guys that told me that Ram is problem I have changed the Ram but no Solution. Kindly help and suggest me what is the cause of this?
