What is a good video software to join 2 video files?
i have tried several video software but with no success. i tried those free ones that can be found in download.com but after joining the 2 video files i can't convert them to another format. i tried using adobe premiere elements 4.0 but it changes the resolution of my original video file. can someone recommend me a good software that will join 2 video files that will not change the resolution of my source and then i can convert it to iPod format. my 2 source video files has the same frame rate, same resolution, and etc...

thank you for your help

i have a HP dv6000 windows vista laptop

If the final will be on the ipod why not allow a change in encoding?

My thought on the free path and method.

Toss the videos at DVD FLICK and then rip it off the DVD with HANDBRAKE.

This is no offer to teach use of these freebies.

You can try this

A program called WM Converter. I use it generally for conversion from Flash to Mp4 for my PSP, but it is also capable of Merging two files, even files of different file formats. I believe you can find it here on download.com
