Solutions for connecting to my University internet

by lawboixD / June 15, 2014 8:37 AM PDT

Hi, I am currently living next to my university such that I receive 1-2 bars of my school's wifi at certain locations in my apartment. I was trying to figure out solutions to strengthen or extend that connection.

I was looking at USB wireless adapters but not sure if I needed access to the actual router and its info. Since I won't have access to the router, would I still be able to set up the USB adapter for a stronger connection??

If you recommend any USB wireless adapters, or any other solutions please share them with me.

Thank you very much
