I have been using Solsuite 2003 since I bought it in 2003. I lost it a couple of years ago, I forget how. I contacted Solsuite and they kindly sent me the software and activated it for me, free.
Yesterday when I tried to play it, the program had stopped. I contacted them again to be told that 2003 is no longer available and I should buy version 2011. I looked in my Hotmail archives and found an Email from Solsuite containing activation code for Solsuite 2009. I downloaded 2009, but the activation code no longer worked.
I assume Solsuite is trying to force their customers to buy the latest version. Sorry Solsuite, I will not do this on principal.
<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">I see there are CNET reviews of the Solsuite game and would like to add my own experience with the publisher, Tree Card Games. The support is AWFUL for this product. If you purchased earlier versions and need to re-install, you will be told that the upgrades are no longer available so your game will run with the minimum of graphics options even though you paid for them. I did get this taken care of after several e-mails but when I needed the same help for a gift game, I was sent a link to re-purchase the game, not directions to reactivate. I ended up buying the game once again although I had already purchased it. I had to email support multiple times to try to get a refund. They just ignored my requests and stopped responding to my concerns. <span>
<span>This company offers terrible support and the directions for re-activating are unclear and lead to errors. It is terrible to purchase 3 games and have the company IGNORE legitimate requests for assistance.
