Question

Solid pixel line displayed on monitor

I have an HP W2082a 20 "monitor that is displaying a solid pixel line from side to side on my monitor. I went to the HP website to try and troubleshoot. It was recommended to press the button to reset settings to factory specifications, which I did and there is no change. I need some help please.
