Software Updates

My MacBookPro is repeatedly truing to update my P drivers with version 2.3. This has been going on for over a month. I update, and the same update is available the next time. I'm having no issues scanning or printing using the HP software. The Apple solution is second rate compared to the HP drivers.

Just ignore the update

Just ignore the update. You can either ignore it in the list, or you can select to hide that particular update via the File menu I believe it is. One of the menus will have the option to hide the update, so just search them all until you find it.

Also, in the future, saying "P drivers" doesn't really help. It wasn't until you mentioned something about printing and scanning that I had any clue what you were talking about. Be a bit more explicit in the future.
