We do not want to format the HD 1st. We want to track the Hacker Program / outbound IP address if possible.

Gary, what type of computer is ur neighbor's?
by Darrell / January 23, 2012 11:24 PM PST
I have a friend that has a mac and she had to pay the store for antivurus. I got 10 spams from her. The two best used in this forum are for spyware/malware are: http://www.Malwarebyte's.org and www.superantispyware.com. Does your neighbor have a 2 way firewall and antivirus? Your neighbor left self wide open without the three, to viruses, malware and spyware. Darrell

Answer
This sounds more like the open wifi issue to me.

If anyone has WIFI with WEP or less security, any spammer would use that connection.

What I'm finding is most owners don't want to do this lockdown and the default security is often ... WEP.
