While https://www.google.com/search?q=monitor+status+of+multiple+wifi+networks&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 coughs up the usual titles the task remains for you to sift through these and craft what is acceptable to you.
I'm running into IT staffers that can't write a 2 line script and go nuclear when a product isn't ready to use but requires configuration or more. I hear you about what you asked but what else is there to this question?

Hey Guys,
I'm in need of a bit of software that will not only monitor multiple wireless networks but will alert me if one or more of them go offline.
The scenario at my workplace is as such:
We have one 4G hub on which we all connect to the web. We have a 2nd 4G hub to which our internet phone system is connected.
During the course of the day it's obvious if our web connection goes down (people start complaining) but if our phone connection goes down it might be some time before it gets noticed and as such, anyone calling in will not get through.
Does anyone know of some software i can keep running that will alert me (either with a noise or a popup window) when the network in question goes down?
Thanks in advance!
