Question

Software problems with iphone 6+

Apr 13, 2015 11:03PM PDT

Hi
Have any of you guys experienced the same problems as me?
1. Swipe up camera gives me a black screen... i have to enter the camera app (thus entering my access code), to take pictures.
2. The swipe down calender is way to zoomed, and once i've swiped it down, i can't swipe it up again... i have to press the button.

Make certain no apps are running in background

If that doesn't do the trick, you should perform a full restore, especially considering you cannot delete/reinstall the features you are having issues with. As long as you have backed up very recent data, yesterday's iCloud backup should suffice.

It might be quicker to do a restore assuming that you recently backed-up your data and won't lose anything important.

Which OS your iPhone 6+? Is it probably related to the new upgrade you ran?

I just got my iPhone 6 this week, and haven't had that on my iPhone 6. Maybe a restart can help.
