Clarification Request
Too vague to me.

Such is usually not limited to Windows 7 and I find the usual I find with Google to offer trials and demos.

Let's just call this what it is. A new to the web user. Here's that google for you:
https://www.google.com/search?q=project+manager+that+includes%2C+supply+tracking%2C+scheduling+dates+%28multiple+projects%29%2C+progress+tracking%2C+completion+dates+%28estimated%29+.&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1

The thing is that you are asking for the Rolls Royce of project management. The old systems I used like Microsoft Project didn't do much more than a few of what you asked. Your budget may be in the 5 or more figures (USD or CDN) for such a well done app.
