Software hunting

Looking for project manager that includes, supply tracking, scheduling dates (multiple projects), progress tracking, completion dates (estimated) ... Something I can first test would be preferable, can anyone steer me in the right direction, thank you

Clarification Request
Too vague to me.

Such is usually not limited to Windows 7 and I find the usual I find with Google to offer trials and demos.

Let's just call this what it is. A new to the web user. Here's that google for you:

The thing is that you are asking for the Rolls Royce of project management. The old systems I used like Microsoft Project didn't do much more than a few of what you asked. Your budget may be in the 5 or more figures (USD or CDN) for such a well done app.
