You could browse the Copernic web page and have a look at Copernic tracker
http://www.copernic.com/
Copernic Tracker is a software that monitors Web pages and notifies you when they change. It keeps you up to date with what's new on sites you're interested in and saves you countless browsing hours.

Copernic Tracker automatically looks for new content on Web pages, as often as you like. When a change is detected, it can notify you by sending an email, including a copy of the Web page with the changes highlighted, or by displaying a desktop alert

Be careful of Spyware.

"Copernic 2000, FOR EVER!, Copernic Technologies, www.copernic.com, FlyCast, , Confirmed
Copernic Shopper, Beta 2, Copernic Technologies, www.copernic.com, FlyCast, , Suspected"

Copernic has made some spyware lists in the past. It's my policy to never harbor or suggest such.

of course, I might be wrong about "Tracker."

The freeware versions used to have a lot of spyware years ago-only have the registered versions and find them free of spyware and also useful.
