Question

software for What did I do yesterday

May 5, 2012 4:41AM PDT

I was wondering, I know there is software to see what is presently running on your computer but what I am looking for is to see what I ran yesterday, or at any given day/time. More specifically I am looking for software which would tell me what I did at any give time. For ex. A software that would tell me,
"Yesterday, May 4, 2012
at 3:00 PM you ran textdocument.exe myfile.txt
closed program at :3:444 PM
at 3:45 PM you ran thisMusicSoftware.exe abc.mp3,
closed program at :4:11 PM
at 4:22 PM you ran Word.exe MyDay.doc
closed program at :5:17 PM

etc. you get the picture, I hope

What I did software
May 5, 2012 1:00PM PDT

Hi
Yup, great. So they do exist. Had thought I had read about such software but it was such a long time ago, pre XP perhaps, that I no longer trusted my memory. What is such a software called? Any chance of one that is open source, or freeware or donationware?

Thanks again

But I only remember the old Mr. Burns employee monitoring software. And that appears to be no more.

If you were looking for open source I'd try an open source forum for better luck.
