Software for Webcam Recording

Hello,
I recently bought a Vaio VGN-SZ3XP laptop that has an integrated webcam. Now I am running Vista on it.
I would like to know how I can record video from the webcam. I've looked on the internet for any software that would do that but I didn't find any.
Could you please suggest me one?
