Software for Non Apple MP3's that works as easy as Itunes?

Dec 15, 2008 12:45AM PST

Itunes is easy to use for Apple products. But Apple products don't do FM Radio. And Rhapsody charges for National Public Radio Podcasts, but Itunes is Free.
I have the Sansa MP3 player and want to be able to plug it in and have the NPR podcasts updated with the newest version, delte the played versions without having to hassle with Itunes update, copy to Windows Medeia then copy to my Sansa.
Is there a user friendly software that will do what I want?
