Does anyone knowledgeable in office software know where I can find a quality data management/email marketing list manager?
I am currently part of a startup and, as of now, we have 5 people devoted to finding email addresses of prospective clients across the United States. When one of the workers finds an email, he has to cross reference it with multiple Google sheet lists to ensure we don't already have the information. If we do, we do not add it to our list again. I am looking for a data entry management/email marketing list software solution that can keep track of the following:
- Number of workers
- Number of entries made by a worker per day/hour
- An executive report showing various statistics about worker productivity
-ability to detect duplicate entries
At this point, I'm not even sure what I need to Google. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
