CNET's legal department always takes action when such sites are reported, but these sites are notoriously difficult to stop, especially if they are not in the jurisdiction of the US or any other country where reciprocal agreements exist.

But thanks once again, and we can hope that, by posting these sites as they appear, search engine optimisation will list them and others will read these posts, with any luck before they try to make a purchase.

Here is another download scam site. It uses many unauthorized logos such as BBB,Cnet Certified shopper,Adobe,Visa and Mastercard. I have contacted the BBB, Adobe legal depts. The site still remains online.
