Software cannot register online !!

Feb 25, 2006 10:33PM PST

I've a software program that requires online registration in order to get the password for full activation. The registration date had expired and I tried to reinstall several time but it keeps prompting that the trial period is over. May I know how to clean install the program again to validate the registration process. I'm using Win XP - SP2.

It's their problem. Not only that, you didn't share the name, their URL (link) so not much can be said except it's a bug or old software that is no more.

Usually a simple process...

in that most often when the trial period expires the splash screen will have a method for paying and activating.

As Bob noted, you didn't provide any specific information so no specific help can be given regarding getting it registered.

"May I know how to clean install the program again to validate the registration process."

That might be answered by the program's publisher but not here as it is the method commonly used to request assistance in getting around a publisher's protection of his or her property rights.
