Socialists: Give apes human rights
The Spanish Socialist Party will introduce a bill in the Congress of Deputies calling for "the immediate inclusion of (simians) in the category of persons, and that they be given the moral and legal protection that currently are only enjoyed by human beings."
Not too surprising when you think about it.

You want a link to Democrats using cigarettes to bribe homeless people to vote for them or a link to Democrats registering illegals? Or a link to Democrats bussing ******** people to polling places and telling them how to vote? Or a link to Democrats registeriung dead people?

It's my opinion. Do you deny that Democrats try to register every person dead or alive, qualified or not, citizen or non that might vote their way? It's a long history.

I was disagreeing with Dave's assertion that apes sre smart enough not to vote Republican.They are apes. Not smart enough to make such judgements; in other words, the perfect Democratic voters.

Track back to DK's post and you should see that no support of Socialists has even been remotely hinted at as you seem to have erroneously assumed--just an observation by some of us that simians are most likely more intelligent and thus would likely vote more intelligently than the average Democrat.
If you can't grasp that, a banana may fit the curvature better.

...Lyndon Johnson's opponent in the Democratic Primary was Coke Stevenson... the very well respected Texas Governor. And if anyone wants to "get-up" on this episode, just read the story in J. Evetts Haley's book, "A Texan Looks at Lyndon".

Hang on, Ed, I'm about to regster to vote here and I'm curious to see if an unusual situation develops. My father passed on a while back and was registered to vote. I now live in the same house in which he lived and have the identical name.
If when I try register I am told that that name at that address is already registered, I'm going to ask an interesting question, "When was the last time that name/address voted?".
