General discussion

Social networks for sports players

Aug 15, 2016 3:16AM PDT

Hi everyone! I would really like to start a basic discussion on whether or not <title> have any chance of becoming the next big thing.

I stumbled upon a few websites on which you can create an account and then connect with sport professionals. The most transparent network I found is called PlayerHunter, and this website doesn't feature much. It looks like Linkedin, as far as the UI goes, and even though it features a lot of bugs and flaws, I think it has that potential.

Another one is WyScout, but that website/platform makes you feel as if everything they have is a secret to everyone.

Once again - what's your opinion on these websites? Will the way of connecting sports players with agents, scouts, etc change?

Thank you for everything!
