The LA DWP would raise the rates so how much will this person's bill increased.

Today that's 90,000 a year or 7,500 a month.

Under the new plan the bill will be 125,000 a year or 10,417 a month.

That is likely not going to affect folk in that income bracket to blink or take any action.
