So why do I see guys on the highway berm with their car's hood up staring into the engine compartment when there's not a darn thing they can really do under there these days? At one time, I carried a toolbox and a small inventory of electrical, fuel system, and carburetor parts under the rear seat of my old VW and, darn, if they didn't come in handy a time or two. Arching plug wires or distributor cap? Back then...no problem. Today....problem. Happy
