POTUS re-tweeting a video of him whacking a golf ball and knocking Hillary over?

Funny?

Not funny?

Not funny AND childish(for POTUS)?

I'm going with..... not funny AND childish (for POTUS).

I've pretty well given up on "the man"...perhaps there is something salvageable when it comes to the office he holds.

AND I AM having a laugh over it.....Just not the same laugh as you are.

In comedy, timing is everything.....what better time to look like a joker than shortly before you appear at the UN....You do realize that the world can read HIS tweets don't you.

He was going to surround himself with the best people/advisors ......where are they?....hiding behind the curtains?

The world is a stage...and POTUS is the clown?

I wonder why Don Rickles didn't run for POTUS. HE would have been a shoo-in.

AND it talked about how TheRUMP used twitter as his megaphone to express HIS version of government policy. Of course, he has been known to tweet his brains out and then pretend he never said it.

Obama didn't use tweets and the twitterverse when POTUS...TheRUMP did/does.

DACA judge reading Trump's tweets carefully

Trump administration lawyers find themselves once again grappling with tweets from President Donald Trump that at times undercut arguments his own Justice Department is making in court.

New citizens say they're excited to get the vote amid troubled times
Trump's tweets and extracurricular comments have played a significant role in the travel ban litigation, and now his Twitter feed could complicate a critical deadline in his efforts to phase out the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

The latest example came Thursday as a federal judge in New York heard arguments concerning the administration's planned termination of DACA, the Obama-era program meant to bring relief to undocumented immigrants who were brought to the United States illegally as children.

Keep up the good work Donnie....

Trump has the power to end it. Too many judges lately act like THEY want to be The President. Time for the Executive branch to put the Judicial Branch back in it's place where it belongs, and stand up against their overstepping their bounds.

THEIR bounds?...the bounds which they have been given?

someone has to be the final arbitrator,...they shall be known as Judges? (while here on the third rock from the sun).

arbitrator an independent person or body officially appointed to settle a dispute

IF you expect Judges to "follow the law"...then "draft the law" to express what the law wants to do/say.

Don't "draft the law" to express what the law to do/say. and THEN claim that "tweets" are an expression of "government policy".

Didn't have a problem with "tweets/government policy" during Obama or any other POTUS.

So where do you think the problem is?

The system OR the present POTUS?

just because he states what he would LIKE to see,

When TheRUMP "tweets", it's NOT what he would LIKE to see, White House: Trump's tweets are 'official statements'

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Tuesday President Donald Trump's tweets are indeed official statements.

are indeed official statements?

An "official statement" of what he would LIKE to see?

OR in his case it is a statement of what he THINKS is/will be happening.

An example of an "official statement" from TheRUMP.

First Openly Gay Army Secretary on Trump's Military Trans Ban

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump announced via Twitter that the "United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military." Trump made the decision after mulling things over with "Generals and military experts," whom he failed to name.

Announced on Twitter..

The United States Government WILL NOT ACCEPT OR ALLOW?

AND it's a "decision" NOT a "wish/hope".

Judges
Sep 20, 2017 2:14PM PDT

Judges try to interpret the law as congress wrote it.
Different judges might interpret this law in a different way.
That's why we have different levels of the court system.

- Collapse -
Which is why....
Sep 20, 2017 2:36PM PDT

....lower court judges shouldn't have ANY POWER over what the President does. If they do, then it unbalances the govt between Congress, Supreme Court, and Executive. In fact, I wish the Attorney General would immediately arrest any judge below Supreme Court and Congress who makes a ruling on what a President does. They especially need to impeach and purge some of those judges in the 9th Circuit Court who have continually been overturned. If they can't get it right any more often than they do, remove the bad ones and replace them with better ones.

Judges are people.
People have a bias.
Laws are written in such a way that they can be interpreted in different ways.
As for the AG purging judges that would work fine.
This cycle we have a conservative AG who purges liberal judges.
Next cycle we have liberal AG who purges conservative judges.
Sounds like a great plan.

A federal judge out of NEW YORK???? One of the most liberal court systems in the country??? Yeah....it's gonna head to SCOTUS who already killed off DAPA (another EO that BO issued....actually not even an EO, but rather a MEMO, just like DACA) and they'll have the last word on LAW and will kill it, too.

June 26, 2017

So which is it?

A "decision" in October OR a "court hearing" in October?

I'm going with a 'court hearing/hear a challange" in October BECAUSE of the tweets by TheRUMP.

You didn't like my first link to the story?

Getting rid of the case would allow the justices to avoid second-guessing the president on a matter of national security or endorsing an especially controversial part of Trump’s agenda.

The court will hear a challenge to the temporary pauses on visitors from six mostly Muslim countries and refugees worldwide in less than a month.
