When I open my computer it sometimes takes forever to open the log on screen.
When it finally opens up and I log on my desktop it will either close and go back to log on screen, or will open to a black screen.
You can see the cursor arrow, and you can pull up task manager, but it takes forever to open to my desktop.
When my husband opens his desktop he has no issues.
Neither of us can use our internet explorer, but we can use google.
W can’t click on our search bar on the desktop and we can’t switch users on our desktop. We have to use task manager to do this.
Any ideas of what we can do?
