So-and-so encountered a problem...

Hello there,

Just recently, I've been getting lots of "So-and-so encountered a problem and needed to close". For "So-and-so", read "Windows Login UI" or "Namo Web Editor" or "Run a DLL as an App", etc. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this?
