i help my friend to get rid of the Trojan house in his pen drive.
i go to his house and plug in my pen drive to transfer ad-aware to his computer and i eject my pen drive then he plug in his pen drive...
after i went back to home, i realize there is a autorun file in my pen drive and Avira detect and Trojan house TR/Starter.AEO in my pen drive. i quarantine it and eject my pen drive to check have it regenerate another file. And it gone for sure. but comodo firewall 3 start to ask me a no name file want to access to screen and take a snapshot. i block it and it keep ask me the same request for almost 20 time. it stop for a while, but this continue after few minute, and still ask for the same permission to take snapshot of my screen. nothing detected when i scan along with pen drive plug in by avira and ad-aware 2007.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
