Smdmf module has stopped working

i am working with a vita system. i am getting an error named as Smdmf module has stopped working. some one suggested me to install adwcleaner but i am unable to install.how to get rid of it?

Please follow the instructions in the link below to use a program called "rkill.exe", which should allow you to install ADWCleaner and a couple of other good scanners. Since it's possible you have other malware on the machine preventing the installation of ADWCleaner, I suggest you follow the instructions in the link to the letter.. Use all the scanners to completely clean things up.

...then you'll need to let us know.. Those Vita gaming systems may not allow you to download or install anything like a normal computer.

On the other hand, if you're using a basic computer setup, then the instructions in the link I provided should work.
