Smasung Smart TV not opening web browser and other apps

Hi
I have just bought Samsung 40UE5300 tv. It got connected to wifi after couple of tries but now it is not opening web browser or any other app. Even tried to login with samsung id for downloading apps but it is not loggin also. Thrice I have reset Tv but problems not sloved.

The models I used mandate we create the SmartHub account and login before the web browser and apps work. Since you can't login, call Samsung NOW and have them work on that issue.

found solution on internet.
1) after opening smart Hub.
2) FFWD+289+REW buttons one after the other for the menu (internet service location) to appear.
3) Then select country.
it will automatically start to update and install apps as per country.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
