Smash Wirefly!

Okay crying on these boards isn't going to do squat about inphonic aka wirefly. If you really want to stop this scam factory here's what you should do.

1.)Get together and file a class action lawsuit. Just the act of filing one makes investors nervous and gives the company a bad rep.

2.)Report the issue to the BBB and any consumer advocacy website you can get access to such as planetfeedback.com or bizrate.com and complain like you do here.

3.)HAND write or type a letter showing your disgust with wireles carriers that do business with such companies to the corporate HQ of those wireless providers. Cingular for example has a big concern with their reputation and they drill it into their employees.

4.)When you see that banner ad for Wirefly on Yahoo or any other website send a message to whoever owns that site for instance yahoo! allows you to send feedback to an ad on their site.

These methods can work if you use them.
