Question

Smart View

So as of this week my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T710 can no longer mirror to my UE48JS8500. It's has worked perfectly for a year up to this point. The tablet is on 6.0.1 and the tv is using the most up to date software. Can anyone help, it's driving me crazy!
I've done a factory reset on the tv and tried different wifi networks..no luck

Time for the call.

Samsung issues updates that can break things like this. Time to call it in and ask for when a fix is out if they can't set it up again.

I gave them a call but it was useless..troubleshooting consisted of reading from a manual and saying things like 'turn off your tv and turn it back on..did that fix it?'

Then warranty time.

Check your warranty and see what options you have including return.

Mirror Issue

In reply to: Smart View

Same issue here, i thought my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 is not compatible with my Samsung Smart TV UA43J5500 for mirroring, I did reset my Tab 2 but the same issue found. What I did is, I did not use mirroring anymore, very annoying...
