Jul 26, 2017 9:21AM PDT

Can any body please give me an answer to my problem please.
I try to start smart view for samsung on my pc then itcrashes saying smart view has stopped working, a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Have deleted it, restarted pc and redown loaded it, turned off firewall and anti virus. down loaded to another hard drive and still nothing.
I have been at it for weeks
Any ideas please gratefully accepted.
Thanks Steve

Just my thoughts.

I'd tell Samsung it doesn't work and find other apps to stand in. Also, it might work on other PCs. That's not always an option.

PS. Adding with edit. Post this in say Windows 10, 7, as applicable and share a Web Speccy report so members can look into possible PC/Windows issues. However given the number of posts about this app, it's still clear it needs work.

I see AutoKMS

That's a crack to the OS. I don't think anyone can help such a PC.

As to pass films to the TV, a HDMI cable can do that very well.

Results may be bad or may be fine.

That KMS pretty much means this PC is in a condition no one will tell you this or that will work.

However the HDMI cable should work since there's nothing that should fail since it will work as good as your current monitor works.
