Have a friend in the country you bought this call in and ask. Or find the model that is in the area you live sold and ask for a reset on that.
I know folk get upset about support on out of country models but that's what I'm seeing. The support folk in each country may only have details for the models sold in that country, not the world.
I have a Series 6 SMART TV (Samsung) model number UE40JU6000KXZF stuck on the screen where it is supposed to download "general terms and conditions", the download does not happen it is hanging in a infinite loop or so it seems, I can't go back, can't go forward. Hence can't access the reset menu. Powering off and on brings me back to the same page with no options. Called SAMSUNG support, they can't help so far. I need the factory reset code (sequence) to force reset my TV. Pressing EXIT for 15 seconds doesn't work. What are my options as taking it back for repair is not an option for me. I bought it in Europe and live in Africa.
