smart tv serie J memory problem

Hello everybody sorry for my bad english.
Well, i have recently bought a UA40J5500, after few days, i have got a problem.
Everything ok but when i go to smart hub i can not find defaults apps (except navigator and two other original apps )
and I can not install any apps because the internal memory of 1Go is full, there is not free memory.
I tired reset TV and reset smart hub but still the same problem.
I tried test network. Everything is ok, the tv is connected to internet (i can use browser normally) but the test connection of smart hub show error: ERR08005
Is there any trick to free the memory? i just want back my free memory to install some apps.
I have made also a hard reset, still have the same problem.

Do you think is just a problem in Firmware?
The actual firmware is 1217 and online update do not show me that there is no update
but in the web site of samsung there is a new firmware update to 1450.4 version
Do you think that update will fix the problem?

After verification, this firmware is not compatible with my tv. I think there is no firmware update compatible with my tv

Firmware updates are very specific to the model.

You can't use out of your region updates. While do see a Version: 1450.4 sometimes it's only for certain regions. I would be guessing here why Samsung said it wasn't for yours.

This issue will NOT be corrected by a firmware update. In cases where folk can't remove apps to clear space a factory reset is performed.

There is also an oft repeated question about the browser runs out of memory when you try it on video web sites. That is normal. This is not a PC. Some get uppity about that.

Finally, the region it's set to or destined for changes the default apps. It's a big world so I can't know what apps are in what regions. I find the maker support to falter under that question.

the only thing that i understood is that the update firmware will not fix the problem.

The browser and machine is very small. It will run of memory very quickly.

This is why Netflix and others wrote Smart TV "apps" so they can code carefully around memory limits.

it was just an example.
My problem is:
1: i buy a new tv and the memory is full despite i did not downloaded any app.
2: i can not of course delete defaults apps.
3: i can not download any app
4: the smart hub show always that he is making update.
5: the diagnostic of smart hub connexion show Error: ERR08005
My question is: what i have to do? what is the cause of this problem?
i have already make a hard reset many times but that did not fix my proble.

So when it arrives there may be no room of any apps. You have tried reset so moving on.

As to the Smart Hub failure, back to Samsung to fix or arrange for exchange for a working model. It's that simple.

-> I'm not there to do this for you. I know it's hard but this is between you and Samsung. If Samsung fails you, you ask the dealer to take this broken way back.
