Smart TV not connecting to Internet

Before utilizing OEM or ISP expert services (sometimes for a fee), if TV connects to router but not Internet, first check the router through URL, then Network settings which may be blocking the TV device. This apparently can happen randomly. Just click the "unblock" option for the affected device(s), then check the device for abilty to connect.
