Question

Smart TV no longer accepts wired connection to internet

Dec 1, 2012 1:36AM PST

I have a 50" 8000 Series 3D 1080p Plasma HDTV (2010 model). I have enjoyed wired internet connection (netflix, hulu, etc.) for its entire life. It suddenly has stopped allowing access to the internet. Under network setup my IP address no longer appears. More over when I attempt conduct a network test, the MAC address is the only step that occurs. Any help would be appreciated.
