It's defective so hit the seller for support as well as Samsung.com (there's a chat there.)
My bet is they'll check the date/time and firmware versions.
It says no network connected so to connect I've been into network settings and pressed start. At this point it closes the window, sometimes it stays open long enough to catch a glimpse of the networks but then goes off anyway.
I've tried a factory reset but with no results. I can't change the IP address or anything else in other forums because none of the network windows will stay open long enough to do anything
Any help would be appreciated
