Question

Smart TV mouse and keyboard

I just bought a Samsung 40" Class 4K (2160P) Smart LED TV (UN40MU6290) and tried finding a compatible keyboard and mouse.
NO such luck!
I bought a Logitech k400r. The touch pad and function keys don't work.
I've tried downloading SetPoint on my PC and key board works fine but still not on TV?
Any ideas?
I'm thinking of trading everything out for a different TV if anyone knows of smart TV w known compatible keyboard and mouse?!!!
Anyone PLEASE!!!!!

Smart tv

I tried 2 different wireless mice, no avail!
I'll try k400 plus keyboard as about only option left?

That's not a good sign.

Good news!

The k400plus keyboard is working! The function keys are off but touchpad and main keys are all I really need.
Thank you for your input!
Come to find out, the k400r might have worked because the fault stemmed from my having enabled the voice recognition/command to let me know where the cursor was when using the internet because my eyesight wasn't good enough. Anyway, when I disabled that function, the mouse pointer showed up! I was overjoyed as this had been quite the trial!!

Ahh, let me share a thing.

Good to read the thing is working. But my replies take the view that all is stock out of the box and not changed except for the usual channel scan and registrations. I don't know what turning on other features will do. When I hit the wall on calls I have to do a factory reset to be sure I'm in a stock configuration.
